Collection of your personal information
There are several aspects of the repairs carried out by GadgetsMaster that require a customer to submit personal information, namely logins to online services and passwords to devices. This may include but not be limited to a unique username and password, or sensitive information required for the recovery of a customer’s lost password.
Sharing of your personal information
GadgetsMaster will only use such information for the sake of the repair and will not copy, duplicate, or access the data on the device for any purpose other than the repair.
GadgetsMaster will not share the information provided by the customer with any other third party unless explicitly asked to do so by the Customer.
While GadgetsMaster will strive to keep Customer’s data safe, we encourage customers to change their passwords after a repair to alleviate any concerns they may have.
Customers need to appreciate that some repairs cannot be properly carried out without administrator access to the device. Should a customer choose to withhold a password for a repair, no warranty will be provided for that repair.
While GadgetsMaster will assist all customers to the best of its ability, GadgetsMaster accepts no liability whatsoever for the use of the passwords provided by the customer for the sake of a repair.
