GadgetsMaster is not responsible for user generated data, software setup or settings on the device. No exceptions will be accepted.

Warranty

All repairs carry a standard 100 day warranty period. No warranty is provided for unrelated subsequent issues, liquid damaged devices or physically damaged devices.No warranty on software repair as it involves the use of customer generated data and settings and as such is beyond GadgetsMaster’s control.

Inspection Fee

Every repair carries a minimum charge of $30 (for most mobile phones) or $45 (for laptops, computers, tablets,and liquid damaged mobile phones) for inspection fee payable at the start or end of the work carried out and this is strictly non- refundable and non- negotiable.

Liquid damage Repairs

A liquid damage device, once fixed , carries no warranty whatsoever. The customer should comprehend that it is in the nature of the damage caused by liquid that the device may deteriorate beyond repair over time.

Pick up

No device will be kept on the premises for a period of more than 2 months following the date of completion of the repair. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have provided the right contact details. While GadgetsMaster will strive to contact the customer, all goods will be disposed of once the 2 month period is over if those attempts fail. GadgetsMaster accepts no liability for a device left in store for more than two months.

Quote

Once a quote is accepted, verbally or otherwise, the device will go through the repair process. Should GadgetsMaster determine that any further issue arises, we reserve the right to amend the quote and seek further confirmation with the customer.

Cosmetic damage

While GadgetsMaster will take every precaution and due care to avoid cosmetic damage to the device during repair, the customer needs to understand that it is unavoidable due to design limitations of some devices in some cases. No compensation whatsoever will be provided.

Replacement

Customers are encouraged to have realistic expectations from the repair. As such, devices booked in to GadgetsMaster are faulty or damaged and a repair will be carried out to return them to a useable state. No device booked in for repair will be eligible for a replacement with a brand new device in any circumstances. No exceptions will be accepted in any case. While every effort will be made to satisfy the customer, GadgetsMaster reserves the right to the final decision under all circumstances.
